Ingredients

  • 2 egg white (Gr. M), 1 pinch of salt
  • 125 g sugar, 1 p. vanillin sugar
  • 175 g Coconut flake
  • 100 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 25-40 g gem. pistachios, baking paper

Directions

    Beat egg white and salt until stiff. While continuing to beat, add sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating until the sugar has dissolved. Fold in grated coconut. Form rolls (approx. 4 cm long, 1.5 cm Ø) with moistened hands and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 8 minutes. Let them cool down

    Coarsely chop the chocolate coating and melt in a hot water bath. Dip one end of the stick in chocolate coating, then in pistachios. Drying
