Line two trays with baking paper. Chop the chocolate coating. Beat the egg, sugar and 1 pinch of salt in a high mixing bowl with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes until foamy. Add butter and flour one after the other and mix to a crumbly dough.
Stir in lemon juice and 5-8 tablespoons of water briefly, then fold the chocolate coating and grated coconut into the dough.
With the help of two teaspoons, spread approx. 40 piles of dough (approx. 4 cm Ø) on the baking trays. Bake one after the other in the preheated oven (electric oven: 175°C/circulating air: 150°C/gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes.
Let it cool down. Dust the cookies with cocoa.
