Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes.
In the meantime, clean, wash and dice the peppers. Peel and chop the onions. Wash the meat, dab dry and also cut into cubes. Cut bacon into strips.
Put meat, bacon, paprika and onion on 8 skewers. Cut remaining paprika and onion into fine cubes. Mix with ketchup. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the skewers on each side for about 4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve skewers with potato wedges and ketchup sauce. Garnish with marjoram.
