Heat the oil in a pan and fry the sausages for about 10 minutes while turning them until crispy. For the sauce, bring ketchup and tomatoes to the boil in a saucepan while stirring. Season to taste with vinegar, salt, sugar and curry powder.
Cut the sausages into slices and arrange in small bowls with the sauce. Sprinkle vigorously with curry. French fries taste good with it.
