Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Lime or tangerine
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves and biscuit rolls

Directions

  1. 1

Defrost the raspberries. Then mash briefly with the chopping stick and pass through a fine sieve. Season the raspberry puree with sugar

  2. 2

Peel the citrus fruit so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out orange fillets between the parting skins. Cut lime and grapefruit into slices. Quarter the grapefruit slices. Sprinkle the citrus fruits with vanilla sugar and let them steep a little

  3. 3

Divide the raspberry sauce between 4 dessert plates. Arrange the citrus fruits on top. Decorate with mint and biscuit rolls if desired

  4. 4

If you want it to be even easier, you can also use a ready-made raspberry sauce from the bottle

  5. 5

To this citrus fruit plate also taste great tender orange cookies or a scoop of ice cream (eg orange)

  6. 6

The dessert gets an additional kick if you sprinkle the fruits with 2 tablespoons of orange liqueur and let them steep
