Ingredients

  • 275 g Butter
  • 275 g Sugar
  • 275 g Flour
  • 50 g Cinnamon
  • 250 g ground almonds or hazelnuts
  • 6 Eggs separated

Directions

    Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.

    Mix the ingredients and fold in the egg whites.

    Leave in the refrigerator overnight.

    Bake in a waffle iron.
