Cream butter with icing sugar. Separate 2 eggs. Add egg yolks and a whole egg to the butter mixture and stir in. Add flour and stir everything to a smooth dough.
Mix cinnamon with sugar and vanilla sugar.
Cut the dough in half and form a rectangle in each case. Brush the rectangles with egg white and add the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll up the dough and chill for 20 minutes.
Cut the roll of dough into slices and place the slices on a baking tray and bake at 160°C for 12-15 minutes.
