Ingredients

  • 4-5 Stem(s) Oregano
  • 2 Chicken filets (à approx. 175 g)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 1 Mango

Directions

    Wash oregano, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except for a little to garnish, and chop finely. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Mix the meat, oregano, 2 tablespoons of oil, curry, salt and cinnamon and marinate for about 1 hour

    Cut, peel and dice the mango pulp from the stone. Put meat and mango alternately on skewers. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the skewers for 4-5 minutes while turning, stir in the remaining marinade. Remove skewers, arrange on plates, garnish with remaining oregano
