Chops with sweet corn in herb butter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Corn cobs (approx. 250 g each)
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 (175 g each) Chops
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 collar curly parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves

Directions

    Clean the corn on the cob. Cook in boiling water with some sugar for about 20 minutes. In the meantime wash and dry the chops. Fry them in hot oil from each side. Season with salt and pepper.

    Fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile wash parsley and chop finely, except for a little to garnish. Take the chops aside. Foam the fat in the frying fat briefly, add the parsley.

    Cut the corncobs into slices. Arrange chops and corncobs on plates, covered with herb butter. Garnish with salad leaves and retained parsley. Serve with fresh white bread.
