Ingredients

  • 6 Apricots or 1 tin (425 ml; extract weight: 250 g) Apricots
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 125 g Paprika Crème fraîche

Directions

    Scald apricots hot, skin, halve and stone them. Cut into small pieces if necessary. Drain the canned apricots. Clean and wash spring onions. Cut spring onions into pieces, the rest into rings.

    Fry onion rings and minced meat in hot oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add apricots and spring onion to the minced meat and cook for 5 minutes. Pour crème fraîche as a blob over the pan
