Ingredients

  • 30 g streaky bacon
  • 1/2 potty Thyme
  • 200 g mixed mince
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Paprika pulp
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp (200 g)
  • 30 g medieval Gouda

Directions

    Cut the bacon into small cubes. Fry in the microwave at 500 watts for 4 1/2 minutes until crispy. Wash thyme and dab dry. Keep three stems for the garnish. Chop the remaining thyme.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Knead meat with bacon cubes, paprika pulp and half of the chopped thyme, salt, pepper and garlic. Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes.

    Wash, clean and chop the peppers. Fill the meat into a microwaveable form. Mix potato slices and paprika cubes. Season with salt and remaining chopped thyme. Spread potatoes and paprika on the meat.

    Cook the casserole in the microwave at 650 watts for seven to eight minutes. In the meantime, grate the Gouda. Spread the Gouda on the casserole and melt it at 650 watts for one minute. Garnish the casserole with some thyme leaves and bouquets.
