Chopped quark meatballs with roasted vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (30 g)
  • 100 g Beefsteak minced meat
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 100 g Spring quark; light
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (100 g) Carrot
  • 2 (50 g) Spring onion
  • 1 (100 g) Potato
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Sunflower oil
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion. Knead minced meat, onion, mustard, 30 g quark and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper and form into meatballs. Peel, wash and slice the carrot.

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onion into short pieces. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meatballs for about 10 minutes while turning.

    Add the vegetables to the pan after 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Remove the finished meatballs from the pan and keep warm.

    Dissolve the frying pan with 5 tablespoons of water, bring to the boil and steam the vegetables until done. Sprinkle parsley over the vegetables. Serve minced meat and vegetables in the pan. Add the remaining quark.
