Wash lime hot, grate dry, grate peel, halve and squeeze. Mix lime juice, 50 g sugar, sour cream and pudding powder until smooth. Wash blackberries, dab dry and sort. Cut the vanilla pods lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Cream pulp, fat, 250 g sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir the eggs one after the other into the fat mass.
Mix flour, starch and baking powder and stir in with the milk. Grease the fat pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm) and spread the dough on top. Spread blackberries on top. Spread the glaze in patches. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 45 minutes. Let the cake cool down, cut into 20 pieces and dust with icing sugar
