Ingredients

  • 425 ml Milk
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavor
  • 100 g Whole milk couverture
  • 150 g soft butter or margarine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cocoa powder
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar and chocolate rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Pour 250 ml cold milk into a mixing bowl. Add sauce powder with a whisk while stirring and stir vigorously for about 1 minute. Put it in a cold place. Roughly chop the chocolate and melt on a warm water bath. Leave to cool slightly.

    Cream fat, sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Stir in the eggs one by one. Gradually stir in the liquid chocolate coating. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder, stir alternately with 100 g cream and 175 ml milk into the dough. Preheat waffle iron and grease. Bake the waffles one after the other. Beat 100 g cream until stiff. Dust the waffles with icing sugar. Stir vanilla sauce again.
