Drain mandarin oranges well, collecting the juice. Place the baking mix, fat, eggs and 3 tablespoons of mandarin juice in a mixing bowl and mix with the whisks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Fold the enclosed chocolate flakes and mandarins (some mandarins are kept for decoration) into the dough. Place several paper sleeves inside each other, fill the dough halfway in. Bake the tartlets in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes.
Stir icing sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Halve the icing, stir under one half red food colouring. Decorate tartlets differently with icing sugar icing and mandarins. Results in about 14 pieces
Note: Enclosed fat glaze can also be used for decoration
