Chocolate spice stars (diabetics)

Ingredients

Servings: 50
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 150 g Butter or margarine
  • 20 g ripened cream
  • 75 g Fructose
  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 20 g Cocoa
  • 1/4 TEASPOON ground ginger, cloves, star anise and cardamom
  • 1 pinch grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Separate eggs. Knead egg yolk, flour, salt, fat in flakes and sour cream to a smooth short pastry. Cover and put in a cool place for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a slightly floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 2 mm. Cut out 50 stars (approx. 4 cm Ø) from the dough and place them on two baking trays lined with baking paper. Beat the egg white until stiff. Let the fructose trickle in. Mix nuts, cocoa and spices and fold in. Pour the mixture into a piping bag with a perforated spout and spray one tuff on each star. Bake the spice stars in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ no air: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 18 minutes. Let them cool down on a cake rack
