Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Oil
  • 150 ml Cola (e.g. decaffeinated)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 50 g Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1 cube (25 g each) Coconut oil (e.g. palm oil)
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 300 g colourful chocolate lentils

Directions

    For the dough, whisk eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in sugar, oil and cola briefly. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa and fold into the egg mixture until everything is just mixed.

    Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø), dust with flour. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 180 °C/circulating air: 160 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 35 minutes. Let it cool down.

    For the decoration heat cream and coconut oil in a pot. Divide the chocolate into pieces and melt in them. Stir well. Cover the cake with the icing and let it dry for about 5 minutes. Cut a triangle out of the cake and place it on the opposite side with the tip as a fin. Decorate the cake with the chocolate lentils and leave to dry.
