Boil 450 ml milk. Separate eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff, pour in 15 g sugar. Stir 25 g sugar, pudding powder and 50 ml milk until smooth and stir into the boiling milk. Mix egg yolk and 2 tbsp. pudding, then stir into the remaining pudding. Let the pudding simmer for about 1 minute while stirring
Switch off the stove. Carefully fold the beaten egg white loosely into the pudding. Pour the pudding into small bowls and let it cool down
