Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Cream
  • 2 Protein
  • 1 (100g) bar of bitter chocolate 60% cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kirsch

Directions

    Whip cream and egg whites separately until stiff. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie over a mild heat.

    Beat the egg yolks, water and sugar until frothy. Quickly add the chocolate and successively fold in the cream and egg white.

    Pour into small glasses and chill for 3 to 12 hours until consumed.
