Mix flour, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 50 g sugar and vanilla sugar. Add oil, milk and quark. Knead first with the dough hooks of the mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough.
Preheat oven (electric cooker: 180 °C/circulating air: 160 °C/gas: see manufacturer) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Divide the dough into 8 equally sized pieces. Roll the dough pieces one after the other into thin strands about 30 cm long, then form them into pretzels and place them on the baking tray.
Brush the pretzels very thinly with water. 1⁄2 Mix TL cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar and sprinkle pretzels with it. Bake in a hot oven for about 15 minutes. Serve with the chocolate sauce.
TIP - Chocolate sauce (for approx. 200 ml): 1⁄8 Bring l water, 100 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt to the boil in a pot. Stir in 50 g baking cocoa with a whisk and simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring. Let the sauce cool down.
