Ingredients

  • 5 TABLESPOONS ground hazelnuts (about 40 g)
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Flour
  • 3 tablespoons (approx. 30 g) Sugar
  • 1 package Vanilla sugar
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Chocolate droplets

Directions

    Mix ground hazelnuts, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt in a greased cup. Add egg, milk and oil. Stir well with a fork. Fold in 2 tablespoons of chocolate drops. Place cup on a saucer.

    Cook in the microwave at 800 watts for about 2 1⁄2 minutes. Take out, immediately add 1 tablespoon of chocolate drops. Let rest for 1-2 minutes.
