Mix ground hazelnuts, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and salt in a greased cup. Add egg, milk and oil. Stir well with a fork. Fold in 2 tablespoons of chocolate drops. Place cup on a saucer.
Cook in the microwave at 800 watts for about 2 1⁄2 minutes. Take out, immediately add 1 tablespoon of chocolate drops. Let rest for 1-2 minutes.
