7-10 Tbsp Knead into a dough and put it in a cool place. Roll out the thickness of a knife and cut out round. Bake at approx. 150°C - 175°C for a few minutes. When they are cold, spread with chocolate icing and leave to rise. Sprinkle with pistachios.
