Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 deleted Tsp Baking Powder
  • 100 g Chocolate droplets
  • 75 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Coconut shavings
  • 75 g white couverture
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Grated chocolate

Directions

    Beat the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisk of the hand mixer at highest speed until white foamy. Stir in the eggs one after the other. Add custard powder and milk. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve and stir in portions at medium speed. Stir in chocolate drops

    Using 2 tablespoons, place 14 piles of dough on two baking trays lined with baking paper, moisten spoon and slightly reshape dough. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool down

    For the dark cast, melt dark chocolate over a hot water bath. Spread 7 Americans with it and immediately sprinkle with grated coconut

    For the light cast, melt white couverture over a hot water bath and spread it on the rest of the Americans. Sprinkle with grated chocolate immediately

    Results in approx. 14 pieces
