Ingredients

  • 800 g Pork escalope
  • 500 g Pineapple in a can
  • 2 Onions
  • 40 g Flour
  • 12 TABLESPOONS Pineapple juice
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS vinegar salt sugar cayenne pepper

Directions

    Cut the meat into fine cubes Cut the onions into small pieces Remove the meat from the pan and sauté in fat

    Sauté onions in frying fat Sprinkle flour in the pan and let it sweat. Fill the pan with broth Add pineapple juice and soy sauce and bring to the boil

    Add the pineapple pieces and vinegar and season with salt, sugar and pepper Add the meat to the sauce and cook briefly with hot rice
