Chinese cabbage salad with turkey strips

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (314 ml; drained weight: 175 g) Mandarin oranges
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 (approx. 500 g) Head Chinese cabbage
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 400 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 50 g grated gouda cheese

Directions

    Drain the mandarins. Stir yoghurt, cream and vinegar until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into wide strips. Cut bread into cubes. Wash meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan.

    Fry turkey strips in it until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take out meat, melt butter in the frying fat. Fry bread cubes in the hot frying fat until golden brown, drain on kitchen roll. Mix Chinese cabbage, tangerines and meat, drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with Gouda and croutons
