Fry turkey strips in it until golden brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take out meat, melt butter in the frying fat. Fry bread cubes in the hot frying fat until golden brown, drain on kitchen roll. Mix Chinese cabbage, tangerines and meat, drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with Gouda and croutons
