Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Chillies
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 green, yellow and red peppers
  • 750 g Tomatoes
  • 2 can(s) (each 425 ml, 425 g, separation weight: 255 g) red kidney beans
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml, 400 g, 250 g by weight) small Italian beans
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Chilli powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Peel and finely dice onions and garlic cloves. Wash the chillies, cut lengthwise and chop the seeds. Fry onions, garlic and chillies in hot oil. Add the minced meat and fry well. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the peppers, wash and clean the tomatoes.

    Cut both into small pieces. Drain the beans. Add paprika, tomatoes and beans to the mince, pour on broth. Stir in tomato paste, season with salt, pepper, paprika and chilli powder and braise at low heat for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley
