Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Cut the flesh into large cubes. Wash parsley, dab dry and cut into fine strips. Mix both together, salt and fill into an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
Wash the chicory, dab dry. Wrap first with cheese and then with ham slices. Place the chicory on the tomato cubes and season with coloured pepper. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes
