Mix red cabbage and cranberries. Clean the chicory and remove the leaves from the stalk one by one. Remove feta cheese from the oil. Carefully mix the red cabbage, 2/3 of the trail mix and the diced feta cheese. Arrange salad and chicory in light layers. Wash the orange and grate dry.
Use a pestle remover to tear off some of the zests from the peel. Cut the orange in half and squeeze. Whip the oil into the juice and season with a little salt and sugar. Garnish the salad with orange zests and the rest of the trail mix and sprinkle with the vinaigrette. Bread tastes good with it
