Chicory Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Chicory
  • 1 (150 g) red pepper
  • 1 (approx. 175 g) Orange
  • 1 (100 g) Kiwi
  • 50 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 100 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp curry, salt, pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and chop the chicory and peppers

    Peel, fillet or dice the orange thickly, collect the juice. Peel and chop the kiwi. Cut turkey breast into strips

  3. 3

    Mix everything. Wash and chop the parsley. Mix yoghurt, season with curry, salt and pepper. Stir in parsley. Pour over the salad.
