Salad plate with feta cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head White cabbage (about 400 g)
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 pickled peppers
  • 100 g Sheep's cheese
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme
  • 1 (300 g) Flatbread

Directions

    Clean and wash the cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut or slice the cabbage into fine strips. Clean and wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut into thin strips

    For the salad dressing, mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. At the end add oil

    Line 4 plates with cucumber and tomato slices. Arrange cabbage on top. Spread the marinade over it and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Core the pepperoni and cut into fine rings. Crumble the feta cheese. Wash the thyme and remove the leaves. Sprinkle pepperoni, feta cheese and thyme over the salad. Serve with flatbread
