Wash the leg and dab dry. Rub with salt and pepper. Fry chicken leg in a coated pan without fat for approx. 20 minutes until crispy
Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Wash the tomato and cut into slices. Peel onion and cut into rings
After 15 minutes, add the peppers to the leg and fry them. Fry onion and tomato for the last 3 minutes. Season everything with salt and pepper
Wash the parsley, remove the leaves and fold into the vegetables. Arrange everything. Add the bread rolls
