Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1/2 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 TEASPOONS Oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Radish sprouts
  • 3-4 leaves green salad (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) Walnut kernels
  • 100 g Chicken filet

Directions

    Mix vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in 1 teaspoon of oil

    Peel and chop the onion. Clean and wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Quarter tomatoes, cut cucumber into slices. Sort sprouts, wash and drain. Wash the lettuce and pluck. Chop walnuts. Mix the prepared salad ingredients with the marinade. Leave to stand for a while

    Wash and dab the fillet. Fry in a coated pan in 1 teaspoon of hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side, season. Cut the fillet open and serve with salad
