Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1–2 thick slices of Emmental cheese (approx. 75 g)
  • 2 discs (30 g each) cooked ham
  • 4 Chicken fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 750 g frozen oven French fries
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (approx. 450 g) giant cucumber
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS frozen herb mix
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp little wooden skewers

Directions

    For the filling cut the cheese into 4 thick pieces. Halve the ham slices and wrap the cheese around them. Wash the meat and dab dry. Cut a pocket into each fillet with a sharp knife. Spread the filling in it and stick together with 2 wooden skewers

    Whisk the eggs in a deep plate, season with salt and pepper. Turn cordon bleu in flour, egg and breadcrumbs one after the other. Put the chips in the oven according to the instructions on the packet

    Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, fry the meat well on all sides, then fry over a low to medium heat for a further 10-12 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper

    Clean and wash the cucumber and slice or slice it thinly. Mix sour cream, 2 tablespoons of oil, mustard, lemon juice and frozen herbs, season with salt, pepper and sugar and mix with the cucumber

    Take out the fries and season with salt. Arrange cordon bleu, salad and fries. Add ketchup
