  • 3 Onions
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 3 Organic oranges
  • 400 g Chestnuts (chestnuts)
  • 5–6 Bay leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

    Onions peel and cut into slices. Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves roughly from the stems. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Carefully mix chestnuts, orange fillets, thyme, onions, bay leaf, salt and pepper.
