Ingredients

  • 300 g Sugar
  • 100 g Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 pck. Baking Powder
  • 1 pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pck. Pudding powder (vanilla flavour)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Semolina
  • 1 kg Quark

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter.

    Add eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar, pudding powder and semolina.

  3. 3

    Fold in the quark and mix everything well.

    Bake in a springform pan at 175 °C for about 70 minutes.
