Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 160 g + some flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 80 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 100 g cold + a little + 50 g
  • 7-10 Tbsp soft butter/margarine
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of sweetener
  • 1 package Powdered sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Vanilla" (
  • 7-10 Tbsp for 1/2 l milk)
  • 2 (120 g) small peeled kiwis
  • 100 g cleaned strawberries
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Mix 160 g flour, baking powder and diabetic sweetener. Separate the eggs. Add 1 egg yolk and 100 g cold fat in pieces. Knead everything smooth. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Grease the springform pan (20 cm Ø). Roll out the dough on a little flour until round (approx. 26 cm Ø). Put it into the form and press the rim

    Stir 50 g soft fat until creamy. Stir in the remaining egg yolk, quark, sweetener and sauce powder. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in. Spread the mixture on the base. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 50 minutes. Let cool off

    Cut the kiwis into slices, possibly cut out flowers. Cut strawberries in half. Whip cream until stiff. Flavour with sweetener. Just before serving, decorate the cake with cream patches and fruits
