Mix cream cheese, 60 g icing sugar and 1 packet of vanillin sugar. Mix flour and baking powder. Whisk the egg in another bowl. Mix sugar, 1 sachet of vanillin sugar, oil and milk carefully. Add flour mixture, stir in. Line a muffin tin (12 wells) with paper cups.
First spread the dough, then the cream cheese cream in the cups. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 30 minutes. Leave to rest in the moulds for 10 minutes, remove. Let cool down on a cake rack. Knead marzipan with 40 g icing sugar. Put 3/4 of the marzipan aside. Colour a very small part of the remaining quarter pink with food colouring. Colour the remaining marzipan green. Colour the marzipan aside yellow and divide it into 12 pieces. Form a head and a body from each piece and put them on top of each other. Cut wings into the body with small scissors.

Form 12 small balls from the pink marzipan, press them against the head as a beak. Paint eyes with sugar writing. Dust muffins with icing sugar. Press green marzipan through a potato press and spread it on the muffins as "grass". Put chicks on top
