Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter or margarine
  • 300 g Icing sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Milk
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 3 TSP Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp red food colouring
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cream fat, 100 g icing sugar, vanillin sugar and salt. Separate 1 egg. Stir in 2 eggs and 1 egg yolk one after the other. Add milk. Mix flour, pudding powder and baking powder and stir in. Using a tablespoon, place 6 piles of dough on each of two baking trays lined with baking paper

    Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool down on a cake rack

    Mix 200 g icing sugar and egg white to a thick icing, if necessary stir thinly with some lemon juice. Remove 2 tablespoons of icing and colour pink. Coat the flat side of the Americans with the white icing. Pour the pink icing into a small piping bag or freezer bag and cut off a small corner. Paint pink rabbits and faces on the white icing and let it dry
