Ingredients

  • 1 pck (400 g each) Spätzle (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 glass (à 370 ml) Pumpkin
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 3 large slice/s of raclette cheese
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Roasted onions (cup)

    Cook the spaetzle in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes and drain. Drain pumpkin. Wash chives, shake dry, cut into small rolls. Spätzle and pumpkin in pans distribute. Cut raclette slices in half, place on top and gratinate under the raclette grill. Sprinkle with fried onions and chives.
