Ingredients

  • 1 kg small new potatoes
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 200 g (20 g) Cabanossi, 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (20 g) go. Tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 l vegetable broth, 1/8 l milk
  • 75-100 g Cream processed cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 50 g Allgäu Emmental
  • 7-10 Tbsp (to the B. Bayernland)

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook in water for about 15 minutes. Clean spring onions, wash and cut into rings. Cut Cabanossi into slices

    Heat butter. Sweat flour in it. Stir in broth and milk, bring to the boil. Stir in processed cheese, melt and season

    Drain potatoes, peel if necessary. Put them with spring onions and sausage into a greased casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over it. Grate cheese, sprinkle over. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
