Drain potatoes, peel if necessary. Put them with spring onions and sausage into a greased casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over it. Grate cheese, sprinkle over. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes
