Finely grate the Grana Padana. Mix mascarpone, curd and cream. Add cheese, season with salt and pepper and chill. Wash, clean, quarter and dice the tomatoes. Peel onions, cut into pieces and fry in hot oil.
Add the tomatoes, lemon peel and sugar and simmer over a mild heat for 15-20 minutes. Cut off the cheese mixture with two tablespoons of noodles and arrange two on each plate with some chutney and lettuce leaves.
Garnish with oregano leaves. Italian flatbread or grissini tastes good with it.
