Cheese minced tortillas au gratin

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 600 g mixed mince
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 package (125 g) Tortilla chips
  • 50 g Cheddar or Gouda (piece)
  • 4 mild peppers (glass)

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Peel and chop onion and garlic.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and garlic until transparent. Add minced meat and fry for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Stir in tomato paste and sweat briefly. Season well with salt and cayenne pepper.

    Deglaze with 200 ml water, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.

    Spread the chips in a large round casserole dish (approx. 26 cm Ø). Spread the chopping mass on the chips. Grate the cheese on top. Bake in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Drain the pepperoni and cut into rings.

    Sprinkle chopped tortillas with pepperoni.
