  • 4 discs (à approx. 100 g) medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) large slice of cooked ham
  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 g Flour
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs

Directions

    Cheese rind. Cut ham to the size of the cheese slices. First put cheese, then ham and again cheese on top of each other and cut into cubes. Beat the eggs. Turn cheese cubes first in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
