Prepare the short pastry. Melt butter for the crumbles. Add flour, sugar, cinnamon, butter and salt to the crumbles. Also chill. Prepare quark mixture. Pour the curd mixture into the mould. Spoon cranberries into the quark.
Smooth the mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) on the lower shelf for approx. 45 minutes. After approx. 15 minutes baking time, spread the crumbles evenly on the quark mixture and bake until done. Leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes with the oven door open. Remove and let cool off.
