Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head White cabbage (about 500 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON coarse mustard
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 200 g Münster cheese
  • 40 g Raisins
  • 40 g Walnut kernels

Directions

    Clean and wash the cabbage and cut or slice into fine strips. Mix mustard, sugar and vinegar. Fold in oil in a thin stream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Knead the dressing with the cabbage and leave to stand for about 1 hour.

    Cut the sausage into thin slices. Dice cheese. Rinse and drain raisins. Fold cheese, sausage, walnuts and raisins into the cabbage. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange salad in bowls
