Ingredients

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 200 g soft butter
  • 1 fresh egg yolk, salt, pepper
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Peel garlic, chop finely or press through. Knead well with cream cheese, butter, egg yolk, salt and pepper with a fork and serve. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle over them.

    Boiled potatoes and/or farmhouse bread taste good with it.
