Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g floury potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 100 ml hot milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mascarpone

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Cover and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Grate the Parmesan finely. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain potatoes. Mash them with a potato masher, first add milk, then stir in parmesan, garlic and mascarpone.

    Season to taste with salt.
