Champinion filled with tofu

  • 50 g butter, 100 g tofu or 100 g boiled ham (for non-vegetarians), 1 bunch of parsley, 1 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon parmesan, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, oil and especially 10 champinions of the same size

Directions

    Remove the stems of the champions and cut them into small pieces, the tofu is also cut into small pieces and fried in butter, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, grated parmesan and cream.

    The champinons are filled with it and always 2 pieces are put together and breaded (flour-egg and breadcrumbs), which are then fried in previously heated oil.

    For the non-vegetarians, instead of tofu, one takes cooked ham, which is prepared just like tofu.
