Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 125 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Peppers
  • 500 g White cabbage
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cayenne pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Paprika powder
  • 1 can(s) Peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Large pan or wok

Directions

    Cut onions into fine strips. Finely chop the garlic and the chilli pepper. Slice the white cabbage and the carrots.

    Fry the onions, garlic and chillies in half the oil. Add the peppers and cook for about 4 minutes while stirring.

    Then add the cabbage, the carrots, the cayenne pepper, the paprika powder and the rest of the oil and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked slightly firm to the bite. Add the peas and season with salt and pepper.

    Let simmer for a short time.

    This is served with rice (vegetarian) or meat (e.g. chicken, lamb).
