Ingredients

  • 4 oranges, including 1 organic orange
  • 2 TABLESPOONS loose chai tea
  • 1 (500 ml) Mug of kefir, mild
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey

Directions

    Wash organic oranges hot, dry and finely grate the skin. Squeeze all oranges, bring juice to the boil. Put the tea into a tea filter and let it steep in the hot juice for about 8 minutes. Take out. Let the orange chai cool down.

    Briefly foam the orange chai, kefir and honey with a hand blender, pour into glasses and sprinkle with orange peel.
